From the M4 Motorway (Junction 13):

1. At Junction 13 of the M4, take the A34 exit to Offord/Newbury.

2. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto the A34 ramp to M3/Donnington/Southampton/Newbury.

3. Keep right at the fork to continue toward A34.

4. Keep right at the fork to continue toward A34 and merge onto A34.

5. Exit onto A339 toward A4/Thatcham/Newbury.

6. A339 turns slightly left and becomes A4 London Road.

7. Turn right at B3421/Hambridge Road.

8. At the roundabout take the first exit onto Hambridge Lane.

9. Turn left at Brookway (3rd on left).

10. We are the big blue building on your left.

From Reading (A4 Bath Road):

1. Take the A4 out of Reading towards toward Newbury and continue to follow the A4.

2. Turn Left at the traffic lights onto the B3421/Hambridge Road.

3. Follow directions 8-10 above.
